Jinxin is equipped with the most advanced automatic production facility and inspection apparatus. In production workshop,frequency conversion fanning machine reduce labor intensity, increase production capacity and avoid abundant hand picking abuse. In demulcent processing, we utilize
"vacuum demulcent jar" firstly in accordance with demulcent principle "little soaking, more wetness, medical permeance,no water" to avoid efflux of effective components; we utilize stainless steel cooking boiler to replace traditional "steam box" and full-automatic temperature and wetness control drying chamber used fuel oil to replace traditional open basking. At present, Jinxin can achieve cleansing,cutting, frying, roasting, steaming, cooking, burning,ect in 9 varieties and 26 traditional processing drugs methods.
In order to ensure product quality, the company introduced American central air condition purifying equipment to purify air in workshops to 100 thousand grade cleaning standard. It's the only supplier of traditional Chinese medicines prepared in ready-to-use forms in China.
Meanwhile, the company utilize big-size water purification exchange system to offer high-quality purified water for workshops. The water standard is higher than drinking water standard further, which avoid secondary pollution. |

Multiple traditional Chinese medicine processing experts are engaged in production management directly to integrate the theory of modern S&T and traditional medicine processing experience to guarantee top standard of decoction pieces.

On raw materials aspect, Jinxin established a serial of high-quality nuisance free traditional chinese medicinal herb planting base in Sichuan province firstly and cultivate planning bases in main medicinal herb production areas in China.
We are positive to carry out GAP research work to control conditions of soil, environment and climate strictly and regulate basic source, collection date, finger print, content of effective components, heavy metals, pesticide residue, storage and transportation,ect indexes to ensure even production area and stable quality for all raw medicinal materials.
All raw medicinal materials must be checked strictly before entering the company. After step by step inspection,materials can not be put into production system of Jinxin until they are qualified. |
